EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT FOR SENDING SMS AND EMAILS TO CUSTOMERS

(“Solino” or “Company”) has the title of “Data Controller” within the scope of Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) with respect to personal data related to customers in the process of sending SMS and e-mail messages, and with this consent text, in accordance with the Law, in the process of sending SMS and e-mail messages, the personal data specified below in accordance with the law and good faith, accurate and, where necessary, up-to-date, for specific, clear and legitimate purposes and for the Company’s advertising, information and promotional purposes, I have read and understood the information and clarification text that e-mail and SMS messages will be sent to customers during the online shopping process in accordance with the procedures and principles set out in the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages and that e-mail and SMS messages will be sent to customers during the online shopping process in accordance with the procedures and principles set out in the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages in order to carry out advertising activities and communicate with customers.
